Our Level 1 Clinic focuses on breaking down the core fundamentals of both shooting and ball handling. This program is designed to help players build a solid foundation of strength, muscle memory, and confidence.

You’ll develop proper shooting techniques, while also learning essential dribbling skills including footwork, balance, rhythm, and ball control.

In addition, players will work on:

Dribble manipulation;

Mastering the triple threat position;

Handling light defensive pressure.

The key is not just learning these skills, but executing them without violating game rules.

By the end of Level 1, players will demonstrate proficiency in key areas like avoiding traveling, double dribbling, and maintaining possession of the ball at least 70% of the time – all clear indicators of readiness to move forward.

Level 2 is for players ready to step up their game, having already completed Level 1.

Prerequisites: Players should be able to make 7 out of 10 mid-range shots and handle pressure with speed and control. Players must also demonstrate a strong grasp of the fundamentals.

This level is more intense, challenging both mental and physical stamina. We’ll focus on improving endurance, decision-making, and ball protection while shooting and moving efficiently.

Expect a fast-paced, competitive environment to sharpen your skills and push your game forward.

These clinics offer a well-rounded approach to improving both shooting and ball handling, helping players perform better on the court.
