Session 2: 9:15 - 10:15am
This group training program is for girls in grades 6–10 who are serious about improving their individual basketball skills, growing their basketball IQ, and learning how to contribute more effectively in a team environment.
This program is not intended for brand-new basketball players. Participants should already have a basic foundation and be ready to work, be coached, compete, and help make the players around them better.
Players will be grouped by skill level and age to create a competitive, productive training environment.
Sessions will focus on skill development, decision-making, defensive habits, game concepts, and competitive drills that help players translate training into real game situations.
