Jennifer Bullock
Program Director/Coach
Jennifer is a true student of the game. “Details, details, details!” are all she wants to talk about when it comes to skill, execution and basketball IQ. Knowing what it’s like to ride the left side of the bench, and to work hard to see more playing time, Jennifer knows what it takes to overcome the competition, even within your own team. For someone who has never played in AAU or had 1 on 1 training, Jennifer learned the game by playing with guys in NYC parks and absorbing all she could from her high school and college coaches.
Jennifer went into her 5th year (college) becoming an assistant coach for the team. After graduating from Division III SUNY POLY, Jennifer jumped right into coaching AAU and later, personal training. Jennifer is not afraid to get sweaty and do the hard work with you, since she is always looking to maintain her game as well. She still plays in various women’s leagues around New Jersey, because BALL.IS.LIFE. She was a three sport athlete in college, so she knows a little something about Lacrosse and running cross country too.
Jennifer is Vertimax certified and has had the opportunity to attend Phil Handy’s (Lakers Head Trainer) “94FeetOfGame” annual certification training event. Learning from Phil and other NBA trainers like Rico Hines, Teresa Wheatherspoon, Chris Johnson, and Nike trainer Ganon Baker, Jennifer has been able to expand her network and improve upon her training philosophy.
In her spare time, Jen is doing her homework (watching film from her trainees or going to games). Aside from basketball, she will probably be catching up on anime she thought she was too cool for, when she was in school. Jen also loves to travel the world and ride her motorcycle when it’s warm outside. Her goal is to continue to grow as a trainer and mentor on and off the court.

Frank Moore
Coach
Frank Moore grew up in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Basketball has been his passion since a young age. He attended and played basketball for West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. He began coaching high school boys at the age of 20. After eight years of coaching boys, Frank moved to coaching girls. He has been coaching girls for 11 years, six of which he has been varsity head coach.
Frank has also been running his own basketball camp for 11 years. He has over 15 years of experience in private training at all levels, from beginners all the way through Division 1 and the WNBA. On top of basketball, Frank has coached girls lacrosse and runs lacrosse camps and clinics.
After many years of coaching and training, Frank’s philosophy is, if you want players to work hard and be successful, teach them to love and enjoy the game and believe in themselves. Once the players believe in themselves they will have the confidence to continue to work in a challenging space, understanding that the biggest growth happens in that environment.

With over three decades of experience in basketball at various levels, Ron has developed an unparalleled understanding of the game, its strategies, and the developmental processes that shape players into athletes. His lifelong passion for nurturing young talent has become a hallmark of his career, as he dedicates himself to enhancing individual skills, fostering team dynamics, and promoting personal growth both on and off the court.
Growing up in Trenton, New Jersey, basketball was more than just a sport for Ron—it was his calling. He honed his skills at Trenton Central High School before transferring to St. Peter’s High School in New Brunswick, NJ. During this time, Ron competed in AAU basketball, traveling across the country and building a strong foundation for his future in the sport. After high school, Ron accepted a scholarship to Cecil Community College, a JUCO in Northeast Maryland. Despite redshirting his freshman year due to injury, he graduated with an associate degree.
With two years of eligibility remaining, Ron continued his basketball journey at Caldwell University, a Division II school in New Jersey. There, he cemented his legacy by setting the single-season record for most steals, earning spots on the All-CACC Conference and Tournament teams, as well as the All-Metropolitan team for D2 schools. Ron also achieved academic success, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In 2012, he furthered his education, earning a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
In 2008, a few years after his collegiate career, Ron partnered with his high school best friend to launch Ground Up Basketball, a training company based in New Jersey that served communities across the tri-state area. Ground Up became a transformative force, blending rigorous basketball training with a focus on character development. Ron’s philosophy emphasized that every player has unique strengths, which, when nurtured properly, can lead to extraordinary achievements both on and off the court. Ground Up evolved into a vibrant community where aspiring players received mentorship, support, and the tools to reach their full potential, reflecting Ron’s unwavering commitment to holistic development.
Beyond basketball, Ron is a devoted family man. He and his wife Linda are proud parents of three talented children—Derrick, Gianna, and Carter—who are making their mark in the entertainment industry. From appearing in TV shows and movies to starring in Broadway productions, Ron and Linda take pride in supporting their children as they pursue their passions.
When not coaching, training, or playing basketball, Ron cherishes time with his family, celebrating their achievements and creating lasting memories. His journey, marked by dedication, perseverance, and a deep love for basketball, continues to inspire those around him.

She is WWP North’s all-time leading scorer, a member of its 1,000-point scoring club and is the school record holder for single-season made 3-pointers and single-season assists.
Jasmin went to college at Northeastern University where she played for their Division 1 program. She then transferred to Rowan University to pursue her education in becoming a teacher.
After graduating, Jasmin jumped straight into coaching high school girls basketball and is currently a teacher in Burlington City School District. She also has experience with private training from elementary school to high school.
