Experience a dynamic and results-driven 1-hour group training session utilizing the innovative VertiMax training system. Designed to enhance athletic performance, this program is perfect for athletes looking to improve explosive power, speed, vertical jump, and overall strength.

 

What to Expect:

 

1. Dynamic Warm-Up (10 minutes): 
     Begin with mobility and activation exercises to prepare your body for explosive movements and reduce the risk of injury.

 

2. VertiMax Training Circuit (40 minutes):

    Station Work: Participants will rotate through targeted drills focused on vertical leap, speed, agility, and core strength using the VertiMax platform and resistance bands.

 

Customized Intensity:. Exercises will be scaled to accommodate individual fitness levels, ensuring each participant is challenged yet safe.

 

Sport-Specific Drills:. Incorporate movements tailored to basketball, football, volleyball, or general athletic development.

 

3. Cool Down and Recovery (10 minutes):  End with guided stretches and recovery techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce soreness, and promote overall mobility.
