Level 1 is our Introductory Level, which will engage players in various movements to help them discover control of the ball while moving in different directions. Aside from just dribbling, players can expect to pass on the move, briefly learn proper layup form, and test their new skill against some light defense.

Level 2 is our Intermediate Level, which will test the player’s rhythm and synchronization with the ball. To add a challenge, players can expect to perform movements while also handling tennis balls. This level is designed to move and engage players physically and mentally. The expectation here is that you already have a foundation of ball handling, meaning you can dribble and move without losing the ball even when performing a cross between the legs. Expect to also work on game-like maneuvers like passing, DHOs (Dribble Hand-offs), Finishing (euros).

Having the “Ball on a String” means being comfortable with your handle. Much like a yo-yo, the ball returns to your hand every time.
