BUCKets Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern participation in IDHoops BUCKets Referral Program. By participating, you agree to these terms and to our general [Terms of Service).
Eligibility
1. Must have an account with ID Hoops.
2. Your account must be current.
Referral Credit (BUCKets)
1. Credits are applied directly to the referrer’s account within 30 days of the referred customer’s qualifying action.
2. Credits can be used for almost any purchase at ID Hoops (Membership, Private Training, Clinics, Camps & T-shirts).
3. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
4. Credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
Qualifying Referral
1. A qualifying referral occurs when the referred individual creates an account and completes a transaction within 90 days of the referral.
2. Valid for referrals of first-time participants only.
Limitations
1. Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or pay for certain transaction costs.
2. The referred account must not cancel their qualifying transaction.
3. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the program at our discretion.
Amendments
We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
